Thanks for the interest and guidance in my health and well being over the past 3 years! I have found your chiropractic support integral to my overall sense of energy and physical prowess.

As you know for more than 15 years I wrestled with recurring lower back problems and numbness in my legs and feet. Sometimes these bouts were so debilitating I would be bedfast for 3 - 5 days at a time.

No more.

Because of your treatment and counsel I have not had a serious lower back problem in the 3 years that I have been in your care!

More, my general health has improved because I can now take exercise with an intensity that I wouldn't have believed possible for a middle aged man. I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to regularly weight train, participate in aerobic classes, run marathons, mountain bike, hike and camp!

Beyond this, my confidence in myself is high because of the general sense of physical well-being and fitness.
