Dear Daryl and Mahtty,

Thank you so much for changing my life. And thank you, my daughter Katya, for making me believe. Last year, in Northern California, I watched my world shrink My advancing disk disease and arthritis greatly restricted my movement and l experienced constant pain. My doctors told me not to do many things: vacuuming, bed making, lifting, bending, ironing, walking, exercising outside water, moving laterally, standing and others. I saw my world shrink around me and I was constantly afraid of falling and other injuries. When I asked what I could do, I was offered only cortisone injections which I refused.

In August, 2006, 1 moved to Laguna Woods to be near my daughter and grandson. They are a great joy to me. And after only 14 treatments, I am filled with hope for a more active life. My mobility and agility have improved 100%. I am able to spend half a day with my grandson in an amusement park. I dance with him. I walk my dog every day. During short periods of walking, I keep up with everybody else. I now feel that I am more like others than different from them. I still experience pain, but less pain. My attitude has changed, too. I feel happier, more hopeful. I am beginning to think I can do just about anything. In fact, just the other day, I learned how to get up from a prone position on a narrow table without spraining my arthritic hip.
