Testimonials - Abdominal Pain

My name is Anne Wilson, aged 50 years. I am from Lancashire. England. I have been having health problems for the last five years. My first symptom felt like a needle stabbing my lower right abdominal area; to which, my G. P. referred me for an ultra sound scan revealing multiple fibroids. He then referred me to a gynecologist consultant who decided to do a laparoscopy finding endometriosis therefore needing a hysterectomy.

All this took around eighteen months all the while the pain was getting worse and worse, I had the awful pain in my lower back right hand side, which I have suffered from since. I have visited two orthopedics surgeons, had two MRI scans, plus x-rays and had many visits to physiotherapists. All the while filling my body with anti-inflammatory drugs, painkillers, and also anti-depressants. I was taking 500 milligrams of Codamol eight (8) times a day!

I came to California for vacation to visit my family in Chino and seeing my discomfort when walking (i.e., having to sit down every five to ten minutes because of the burning pain in my back) my cousin recommended a visit to Dr. Daryl Kowalik in Lake Forest.

My first visit was Friday (the end of my first week of vacation). I came for an examination and x-ray " Here we go again", I thought. On Monday, I was shown my x-ray results and had them explained to me reassuring that with chiropractic treatment, I could be helped. We were scheduled to go home but I extended by vacation another week. After only three sessions, my body stopped jumping on being touched and now my pain is minimal from my body retracing. No more sharp, burning, needle like pains! I walked with my cousin this last Saturday and Sunday between the first and second weeks of my treatment, and she could not believe the distance I was able to go. I also went swimming, which I was not able to do for a long time because it would hurt my back, I have had 11adjustments and relaxation on the wonderful tables and am returning to England a much happier person.

All I have to say to any patient that is skeptical is, "Please have a go". Do your icepacks all the time, have adjustments regularly because if you help yourself, Dr. Kowalik will definitely help you. Thank you all so much; when I visit again I will come to see you all. In the meantime, I will give you a call to let you know if England can match your wonderful treatment.
