I have been a practicing Doctor of Chiropractic in Lake Forest since 1996. On June 4th, 2001, my wife, Mahtty, who has been in real estate since 1989, joined me, so that together we could open Kowalik Family Chiropractic. When we were naming our practice, my wife and I chose the name Kowalik Family Chiropractic for a couple of reasons: First of all, we take care of families and individuals of all ages. A healthy spine and nervous system is important for everyone! We provide care for babies to senior citizens, for those recently injured to those with chronic problems that were unable to find help elsewhere, for the couch potato, arm chair quarterback to the competitive athlete, for those with desk jobs to those working in physical labor, for those with no symptoms looking to maintain their health to those in severe pain unable to walk or function.

The other reason the word Family was important to include in our name was that to us, our patients have become an extended family. Our team, here at Kowalik Family Chiropractic, cares about you and your health. We are here to support you in achieving your goals of improving your health and quality of life. As a Doctor, I see my primary duties as:
